Price for shipping includes the delivery charge, packaging, label, printing, handling and the fee for taking payment online.

Orders of four or more books will be delivered in separate parcels within the UK to save you money on postage. The bulk discount price is the price you pay for one book. That way smaller churches are not disadvantaged. 

I'm very happy to send you a single copy abroad, but it's worth noting that shipping three is normally the same price as shipping one, so buy an extra one or two and give them to friends.
